Niseko Black is seeking experienced Maintenance and Snow Clearing staff to join our dynamic team in the stunning location of Niseko. Help us ensure our properties and facilities are in top condition throughout the winter season.

The Role
You will be responsible for routine inspections and repairs of facilities and equipment, snow clearing at Niseko Black owned properties, and assisting with guest and staff transportation when needed. The role also involves responding promptly to maintenance requests and supporting additional duties as required to keep our operations running smoothly.

About You

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related fields

• Strong communication skills and team player attitude

• Attention to detail with effective task prioritization

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt on the go
