Accounts Assistant
(Full-Time or Part-Time)
Niseko Black is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day financial administration in-house, supporting our external accountant and keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
The Role
Processing invoices, expenses, and payments
Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
Liaising with suppliers and resolving billing queries
Preparing reports and financial summaries for the external accountant
General bookkeeping and administrative support
About You
Basic accountancy qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. bookkeeping, AAT, or similar)
Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
Comfortable with Excel and general financial administration
Methodical, accurate, and discreet with financial information
Good communicator, comfortable working across departments
English required; Japanese an advantage
