Accounts Assistant

(Full-Time or Part-Time)

Niseko Black is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day financial administration in-house, supporting our external accountant and keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate.


The Role

  • Processing invoices, expenses, and payments

  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records

  • Liaising with suppliers and resolving billing queries

  • Preparing reports and financial summaries for the external accountant

  • General bookkeeping and administrative support

About You

  • Basic accountancy qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. bookkeeping, AAT, or similar)

  • Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software

  • Comfortable with Excel and general financial administration

  • Methodical, accurate, and discreet with financial information

  • Good communicator, comfortable working across departments

  • English required; Japanese an advantage
